Unforseen damage by the shipper? Item not correct? Sometimes things don't go as planned. If you received your order and there is some problem with it please call us in Maryland at 410-597-8181 or 1-866-900-9672 if outside of Maryland so we can resolve the issue.

We will be happy to exchange items for size within 90 days of purchase. All items must be returned to Super Kids clean, with tags on, unworn and unwashed. Sorry we can not take back any items with a custom embroidered name, custom size items, altered or with name written in garment. You may exchange items for size or we can issue you an in store credit.

Paypal refund.

A 20% re-stocking fee less the freight will be charged on all orders returned for a Paypal refund. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase clean, with tags on, unworn and unwashed. Sorry we can not take back any items with a custom embroidered name, custom size items, altered items or, with name written in garment.
